Spherical Roller Bearings wholesaler
2012-10-23

Spherical roller bearings are principally provided with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers and a common sphere raceway in outer ring. The two inner ring raceways are included at an angle to the bearing axial. The bearings have good self-aligning ability and can operate when the shaft deflection under load or the shaft deflection under load or the shaft misalignment in mounting, and their permissible aligning angle is 1 to 2.5 degree. This type of bearings has heavy load carrying capacity and anti-impact ability. In addition to radial loads, they also can carry axial loads in two directions. In general, this type of bearings permit a low limiting speed.

spherical roller bearing manufacturer has cylindrical and tapered bore types available. The tapered bore angle for 240 & 241 series are 1 : 30 (bearing no. with suffix K30), while for others are 1 : 12 (bearing no. with suffix K).

Brass or Pressed steel cages can be provided upon request.

Bearing with suffix “W33” indicates there are lubricating groove and 3 lubricating holes on the outer ring.

Spherical roller bearings share a common basic design with straight and tapered roller bearings in that they consist of an inner ring, captive roller race, and outer ring. The main difference in the designs is in the roller set which consists Spherical Roller Bearings wholesaler of a double row of barrel shaped rollers typically held in a brass or stainless steel cage. This design allows the roller rows in a spherical roller bearing to run at different speeds, thereby enabling the bearing to absorb high levels of linear deviation. This feature effectively lends this design a combination of radial and thrust bearing characteristics, making it exceptionally robust.
